What happens across the seven days

Day 1 — Intake We talk through hours, duties, ages, driving, languages, pay range and the things that actually matter in your house. You approve a written job description before anything goes out.

Day 2 — Search launch The role goes live across the Greenwich Nannies community, and we begin reaching out directly to candidates who fit rather than waiting for them to find you.

Days 2–6 — Outreach and organisation Candidates are contacted, answered and organised into one list you can actually read. Resumes reviewed. Obvious mismatches filtered out before they reach you. You get a short update every day.

Days 3–7 — Interview coordination For the candidates you want to meet, we handle the scheduling back-and-forth and confirm the times with both sides.

Day 7 — Summary and next steps A written summary: who was contacted, who responded, who is still live, where each one stands, and what we would do next.

No. The group is free and stays free. This is seven days of someone working your search for you.

Are you an employment agency?

No. We organise and accelerate your search. We do not employ, place or vet candidates on your behalf, and the hiring decision is entirely yours.

What if I don’t find anyone in seven days?

You still receive every deliverable listed above, including the day-seven summary with where each candidate stands and what we would do next. We cannot promise a hire, and we do not.

Do you check references or run background checks?

No. Those stay with you, and we recommend you do them properly before anyone starts.

What do you need from me?

The intake session on day one, and replies to the daily updates when you want to move a candidate forward. That is the extent of it.

Can I run two roles at once?
